Malibus Third Birthday

Malibu wanted a Pink Birthday at our Cabin with all of her cousins this year, and that is exactly what she got :) I love how she squints her eyes so hard in pictures, she is a precious little girl and we all love her so much, she is silly and funny and she absolutely loves babies, It was a real treat for her having the two cousin babies, Malorie and Jackson at her party, notice that her best smile in a pictures this year was with baby Malorie!

Till we meet again...

These are our dear friends Justin and Jackie Walker, this cute picture was taken on their 13 year anniversary, Justin Passed away in his single engine airplane a few days ago...It was absolutely devastating for our family to hear about the death of such a great man, I do feel peace in knowing they were married for time and all eternity in the S.L.C. Temple and will be together again someday. Our family has many great memories with Justin, he shared his passion for life with us, he took our family out boating quite a few times and he would go so fast and would make the kids fly on the tubes all over the lake, and he would have us all over to have movie parties in his home theater, he would get my kids on the four wheelers and motor bikes on his track, My oldest daughter Maddison even crashed one of Justins Motor bikes into the side of his house and she just got back up and kept on going, he made a special effort to visit our cabin in Island Park with their family so the kids could play and we could all visit in the cozy cabin. Justin loved to cook and was so giving, Justin was a great cook too he made the most wonderfull BBQ meals and we had a blast roasting marshmallows over his fire pit in their back yard, while JUstin was always the life of the oarty saying things to get everyone laughing! Justin put the most beautiful salt water pool in his backyard for JAckie when she was preggers with their fifth child and was so generous in the way he shared his pool with everyone he knew. In the winter he fired up the snowmobiles and let the kids go wild on the frozen lake out front of his beautiful cabin in McCall Idaho, sharing stories and meals in front of the their fireplace. I am rambling I know, and there are just so many other wonderful memories we have with Justin, he will be missed deeply by all of us!
I actually was the one who took this picture for Jackie and Justin right outside their house with the whole Walker Clan, his children worshiped him, I loved the way he would always wrestle with them and joke around with them like crazy, he was such a great Dad, he loved children so much, when I had our youngest baby Malibu, Justin and Jackie would come by only days after she was born and kidnap her and would take her back to their house so Justin could cuddle up with her right on his shoulder for few hours and then bring her back to me asleep and he didn't want to let her go, it was so precious and funny, I have never known anyone who loved children and babies any more than Justin. Another memory I have of Justin with my little newborn Malibu was at Golden Coral and our families were going wild at the delicious buffet and Justin wanted to hold Malibu on his shoulder and snuggled her into his arms the entire dinner, it was adorable...I am really sad, and my heart is aching for their family...

My Baby is now 16

I am really not too frightened about her driving, she learned from a great driving school and We made her drive with us with her permit for an entire year before we let her get her licence. We broke down and got her this cute classic BMW convertible because she pulled shuch good grades this year 4.0 doesn't hurt! All in all she is a fabulous kid with a sweet heart and fun spirit!
Proud Daddy and Mommy with our sweet 16 year old Maddison.

Our family right before the party started! Whoo Whoo 16!
Maddison is really growing up, and there is nothing I can do about it, I am so sad... She was my precious little baby just 16 short years ago and now she has all of a sudden turned into a grown young woman...I love how she is always so positive and upbeat and crazy happy! She is so much fun to be around, she cracks me up 24/7! She is all GIRL which I loooove and she is ever so talented, I enjoy waking up to her playing the piano and singing beautiful music! I love that she keeps her shabby sheek room pretty clean and tidy for the most part, and that all of her clothes in her closet are color cordinated. I love my baby girl, she will always be my baby no mater how old she gets :)
