We decided to take a vacation last week and head to our Cabin in Island Park! It was well worth it, some good family time, rest and relaxation and lots of memories made!
Our Cabin is nestled in the thick pine trees and is only about 20 miles from Yellowstone National Park, it is always such a great time to regroup with just our kids and have real quality family time! I love it!
Here the family has packed a lunch and we are heading out the door for Yellowstone, which is only about 20 miles from our Cabin...Snow is still right in front of our door.

I love this fun Log chair, we have had it since the day we got married 17 years ago, the story behind it??? Well it is really sweet, we had ordered a Log bed for our new apartment, because back in the 90's Log beds were really new and stylish, so the bed company brough the bed to set up and they suprised us with this cool Log chair and said they felt like making us a wedding present too! We call it the Kings chair and have loved it ever since!
