GRANDPA!!
We always prepare for the 4th, we paint our finger nails, red, white and blue, find some really good red, white and blue clothes and bows for our hair, we lay out out blankets and put up chairs the night before the parade and then afterward, we have a BBQ in Grandpas back yard.
We all love spending time with Grandpa Bernie, it has always been a tradition for us to watch the 4th of July parade with him. We watched it for many years with Grandma Carol and Grandpa and it is hard every year that Grandma is no longer with us, it was weird to think that it has already been 5 years that she passed away. Buts she is definitely in our thoughts and conversations all the time.
