This is Robs favorite Birthday Ice Cream Cake, it is so yummy and everyone loves it, it is really simple to make, you just break up half a bag of Oreos for the bottom layer then add a half gallon of Mint choc. chip ice cream and then a tub of cool whip and then the other half of the Oreos broken up into small pieces and then drizzle chocolate syrup in a plaid sort of way and freeze and then eat! So tasty and easy! Rob asks for it every year...
We used these fun sparkler type of candles and they wouldnt blow out and we all were laughing so hard, Rob wouldn't let me post the blowing out the candle pictures because they were so funny looking, he looked like a blow fish trying to blow so hard... lol
Rob had a wonderful birthday this year the kids really went the extra mile with the presents and nice cards they wrote to him, Canada gave him a colage of pictures she made for him all by herself of special moments of the two of them together from baby till now, it made him tear up... Maddison got him a huge sack of butterscotch suckers from sees candy and a sweet card about how she loves spending time with him at the cabin... :) He really wanted a DVD player for his sweet HD flat screen so I suprised him with that and a bunch of other small gifts he's been needing! It was a fun night, He and I had a nice dinner out before the family party...
